There are two types of representations: direct (representative operates on behalf and in aid of other person) and indirect (oprating on own behalf but in aid of other person). Office employees have customs agent autorisation along with customs tax certificate, registered in the Ministry of Finance. A representation is established with an appropriate authorisation.
